The PowerMax+ series wind generator systems are designed to thrive in areas having an average wind speed of 15 mph or higher, but with a cut-in speed of only 5.6 mph, they will produce power even in light winds. The rated wind speed for this series is 26.8 mph with a survival wind speed of 134.2 mph.

Here's what is included with our PowerMax+ 600HS system:

• WIND TURBINE GENERATOR - Our efficient generators are built using high-performance rare earth neodymium permanent magnets, so the alternator is compact and light weight. Our generator housing is precision-cast aluminum built to withstand severe climates, sand and salt corrosion. Light and durable, the way you want your maintainence-free system.
• 3 THERMOPLASTIC BLADES - Our blades are computer designed using the latest advanced thermoplastic engineering and precision injection molding technologies to provide whisper quiet and vibration-free operation.
• SOLAR/WIND HYBRID CHARGE CONTROLLER - This is a multifunctional controller that combines the functions of an AC-to-DC rectifier and load controller for wind and/or solar systems.
• DUMP LOAD CONTROLLER - The PowerMax+ 400W and 600W systems have a separate dump load controller to prevent heat from damaging the charge controller.
• BOLT-ON COLLAR - This allows your generator to easily be attached to a 2 1/4" pole without any welding.
